Nick estimates 3000N on this fitting so make it strong.
- Start with a trianglular bracket
- Cut a lug from “C” plate.
- Laminate this to the triangle with unis
- Cut a slot in the transom for this lug to go thru.
- Tape this to the bottom and transom with 2x200DB Carbon
A similar laminate was used on the lugs at the top of the gantry however the unis tied the “C” plate into the inner and outer skins of the side shell.
